2009 Gymnix Junior Cup

U.S. junior champion Jordyn Wieber, winner of the Tyson American Cup last month in Chicago , claimed the all-around title Friday at the Gymnix Junior Cup in Montreal. Wieber led a U.S.-sweep of the all-around medals. With the top scores on vault, uneven bars and balance beam, Wieber scored 58.500 to easily win the title.
Sabrina Vega (USA) place second (55.125) with the high score on floor exercise. Vega is coached by Romanian Olympians Teodora Ungureanu and Sorin Cepoi.
Wieber's clubmate Kamerin Moore won the all-around bronze (54.950) over Canada's Anysia Unick (53.650).
