Rhythmic Gymnastics Technical Committee overruled
FIG - May 11, 2012
Following the FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup which took place in Kiev (UKR) on 16-18 March 2012, the discipline's Technical Committee, headed by Mrs Maria Szyszkowska (POL), confirmed its intention to issue a written warning to the South African judge Annette Nel and to ban her from officiating at the London Olympic Games in July and August , as a result of a score awarded to the French team that was deemed contentious.

The International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) informs today, that the National Gymnastics Federations of Albania (ALB) and of Botswana (BOT) are suspended for failure to fulfil their financial obligations.
