 3rd Trampoline World Cup in Wroclaw



The third World Cup of the 2010 Circuit
After the first Trampoline World Cup event this year in April, the 7th Flanders Cup in Ghent (BEL), the traditional  46th Nissen Cup in Davos (SUI) and after the cancelled event in Lavallois (FRA) some of the world top stars started at the first weekend of July in the Polish city of Wroclaw, host city of the 2010Acrobatic Worlds (July 13 - 19) and the next year's European Trampoline Championships (2011, April 10 - 16).
Winner of the Olympic men's individual in the Orbita Hall of Wroclaw was Russia's Dimitri Ushakov (RUS) and on women's side the Uzbekian Anna Savkina (UZB).
Gregoire Pennes / Sebastien Martiny (FRA) and Carina Baumgaertner / Anna Dogonadze (GER) captured the gold medals in men's and women's synchronized trampoline.

 Dimitri Ushakov (RUS - 41.60 pts) beat Sebastien Martiny (FRA - 40.90 pts) and Nikolai Kazak (BLR - 39.60 pts).
Takashi Sakamoto (JPN), leading after the preliminaries, unfortunately failed to complete his optional in the final.

  * W O M E N 's Individual
Anna Savkina
(UZB - 37.40 pts) won her first World Cup in her career, but only after the tie-breaking rules were applied as Andrea Lenders (NED) with the same score.
Lenders, who had the lead after the preliminaries, had to settle for the silver medal. 2004 Olympic Champion Anna Dogonadze (GER - 36.80 pts) claimed the bronze medal.

* M E N 's, Synchron: 
... , the winners were Gregoire Pennes / Sebastien Martiny (FRA - 49.00 pts), who prevailed over Tomasz Adamczyk-Lukasz Tomaszewski (POL - 48.50 pts) and Fernando Gotschin-Orlando Gotschin (NED - 48.00 pts).

* WOMEN's, Synchron: 
 
... the German duo Carina Baumgaertner / Anna Dogonadze (GER - 44.70 pts) were the winner of the only four particioating squads...!
The other medalists failed to complete their routine:
So Ekaterina Mironova / Tatiana Petrenia (BLR) claimed silver and Galina Goncharenko / Anna Ivanova (RUS) the bronze medal.
