The national Russian Championchips of artistic gymnastics took place at Sunday in Moscow.
To the first time the Junior European all-around bronze medallist (2004, in Amsterdam) Yulia Lozhechko won the national Russian title, followed by Elena Zamolodchikova.
Defending women's Russian champion Anna Pavlova, who placed first during Saturday's qualifications, made mistakes on uneven bars and on floor exercise (12th place)....
Anton Golotsutskov (Seversk) won the all-around men's title. Second place went to veteran Yuri Kryukov, Sergei Khorokhordin won the bronze medal....

On Sunday, March 7 took place the apparaus finals of the "Russian Cup" for apparatus, only.
Anna Pavlova - after the retirement of the long time leading Svetlana Khorkina - the new "Number 1" of the GYMmedia World Ranking List, took four medals, but one golden only at the vaulting table.
The others were won by Russian juniors Yelena Kokareva (bars), Yulia Lozhechko (beam) and Nadezhda Chikhirova (floor).
In the men's competition of the 2005 Russian Cup, Nikolai Kryukov won both pommel horse and parallel bars. Dmitry Barkalov won floor exercise, Timofei Lazarev won still rings, Anatoly Vasilyev won vault, and Sergei Khorokhordin won high bar.
